Booking System Collection Covid Delivery Drop Off Important Information Update

Thanks to COVID we have had to look at and upgrade the way in which we opperate. The biggest change for us is going digital! That means updated website, digital shop and new collection and drop off booking system. We will know longer be accepting random drop ins for the health and safety of the team and customers.

Dont worry its super simple (even Russell can use it).

How to book a drop off slot

Select the Laundry/ Repair service and select a date and time that suits you. Add your self as a customer and in the comment box add notes like how many rugs for washing or reproofing and any repairs you want done or not done. All rugs should be left in rug bags or folded tied up, bundled in groups of no more than 3 and left with a note of name and contact info that must be left with all rugs*.

This helps us manage and plan for work flow, lets our team know that you will be arriving to clear the drop zone and prepare to process your rugs. In line with COVID restrictions all drop offs will be done with non contact /social distancing with PPE.

How to book a collection

Select Collection Service and pick your location or nearest matching location from the list and pick a date for collection. On the day of collection our team will aim to contact you to confirm you are on the days collection list and contact your shortly before arrival and confirm once your rugs have been collected. 

Please note the time is a mandatory setting of the booking system and does not reflect when our team will get to you. You are selecting the date only. If you can not find a location or date to suit please contact our team who will be very happy to find a solution.

Please note that you do not need to be present for collection, but we advise that you leave rugs in a safe place our team can get to. In line with COVID restrictions all collections will be done with non contact/ social distancing with PPE.

* We will use a one warning system for people who do not leave details will be charged an admin fee which will be donated to Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
